About the Role Capgemini is seeking a talented React JS Developer with hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI experience.

You will be a key player in building responsive, high-performance web applications integrated with AEM Content Fragments, ensuring a seamless digital experience through modern frontend and cloud technologies.

Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using ReactJS, adhering to internal React/JSX style guides.

Integrate with AEM Content Fragments using GraphQL and REST APIs.

Implement Adobe Universal Editor for both headless and headful content editing within React apps.

Develop custom solutions and extensions via Adobe AEM App Builder.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Node.js/Express servers and Apigee APIs.

Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile deployments using monitoring tools like Application Insights and Splunk.

Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS.

Experience with AEM Content Fragments, GraphQL, and REST API integration.

Familiarity with Adobe Universal Editor for content editing.

Knowledge of Node.js and Express for backend integration.

Understanding of API protocols including OAuth.

Proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive and accessible UI design.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and frontend testing skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with Next.js (Server-Side Rendering & Static Site Generation).

Working knowledge of Adobe AEM App Builder.

Exposure to Azure App Services and Akamai CDN.

Experience with real-time collaboration tools and Agile development methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Transparency Notice 💼 Salary Range: $76,200 - $178,290 (based on skills, experience, and location). 💰 Eligible for bonuses, variable compensation, and full-time employee benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
